- Orders are processed after successful order confirmation.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on supplier processing and courier services.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
5. Returns & Replacements
You may qualify for a replacement if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- You provide clear video proof of the issue.
