3. Delivery Time

2–5 business days depending on your location within Saudi Arabia.

  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes.
  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information via WhatsApp or email (if available).

6. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Gulf Khizana is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Failed Delivery & Refused Orders (COD)

For Cash on Delivery:

  • Customers are expected to be available to receive their order.
  • Repeated refusal of orders may result in restriction from future purchases.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear video proof of the issue

We will review the case and arrange a replacement if eligible.

Once the package is handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays outside our control; however, we will assist in resolving any shipping issues where possible.
